I bet you didn't know a carrot could taste like that. The best part of signing up for a CSA is not even learning what kohlrabi is. It's getting the homemade emails about how the asparagus is doing. Even when torrential rain is killing the lettuce, there is always an upside. Call that organic marketing ;)
